After leaving the Savoy Group, he became a shareholder of the K Bar Group. They grew this to 9 locations across London, including the Clapham And Hannover Grand nightclubs which they leased to Kiss FM. During that time Mike met some influential people in London and was set the task of building property portfolios for them. The clients were a combination of high flyers in the City, the occasional pop star and a global business billionaire. He soon had a solid network of HNW and UHNW clients looking to either build their portfolios or team up to build more substantial portfolios.

 

In 2009 Mike met two very successful entrepreneurs. Together, they built a portfolio that has grown substantially and is now worth over £300million. The portfolio is based across prime central London. They have also co-developed a serviced apartment building in the Swiss Alps.

 

At PSM Group, Mike’s role as our Director of Property is to work with our clients and contacts to build an income-producing, prime asset property portfolios, whether that be for individuals, groups of investors and funds.
