OLIVER

Director and General Counsel

Oliver is a Director and a shareholder in PSM Wealth, Property and Training and the group’s General Counsel. 

He is a legal expert but also midst qualification as a Financial Planner and Investment Adviser.

Oliver’s background in anti-corruption and regulation fits the PSM model perfectly. Oliver has advised numerous sporting organisations on anti-corruption measures, working within football, rugby union, cricket, tennis Federations and, just prior to the Beijing Olympics, the IOC in Lausanne. 

He was also General Counsel to the British Horse-racing Authority. To this day he sits as co-chair of the Advisory Board for Law in Sport.
 
Since leaving his legal career in 2010, Oliver has worked for a multiple organisations ranging from a global financial institution to a Property Asset Manager. He has also set up several successful businesses himself. 
Oliver is married to Joanna and has two young children. Together with his wife, Oliver owns the London Wellness Centre, a successful chiropractic clinic in central London. 

Oliver is commercially very sharp and trained to identify legal and commercial risk. A litigator at heart, Oliver is always primed to defend our shareholders and our good name in the marketplace

Oliver’s background in anti-corruption and regulation fits the PSM model perfectly having advised many top sporting organisations on anti-corruption measures including the Football Association, Rugby Union, Cricket Authorities, Tennis Federations and, just prior to the Beijing Olympics, the IOC in Lausanne.
